About

I live in Paris and I'm currently CTO of Shadow (opens in a new tab). Most of my work revolves around the same three things: building strong engineering teams, shipping ambitious products, and keeping a tight loop with the business.

How I got here

I started coding around 11, on the web. I wrote PHP plugins for SPIP (opens in a new tab), an open-source CMS. A few of them are apparently still running on websites out there.

I started engineering school at EFREI in 2011, but during my second year I felt the curriculum moved too slowly and lacked hands-on experience. So at 19, I left to go all-in on entrepreneurship and start my own company.

Cogit Studio

From 2012 to 2018 I co-founded and ran Cogit Studio, a Paris-based consulting studio delivering custom software services to companies, with a front-end-leaning practice. I hired and onboarded 20 developers over five years (peaking at 9 simultaneously), delivered 50+ client projects (websites, iOS & Android apps, cloud hosting), and grew revenue from scratch to ~550k€ in our last three years.

We worked with BETC (Havas), Crédit Agricole, Schneider Electric, Peugeot, Danone, Fédération Française de Rugby, L'Oréal, Ogilvy, Netflix and others. Projects are still on the Cogit portfolio (opens in a new tab).

Scaleway

I joined Scaleway in 2018, first as a Product Manager on the internal monitoring strategy (130k+ servers), then leading the front-end and developer-experience surfaces as VP Front and VP UXP, covering Console, design system, API gateway, devtools and websites.

From mid-2021 to the end of 2023 I was SVP Engineering, running Product Engineering: 130+ engineers, 20+ Engineering Managers and 3 Heads of Engineering across IaaS, PaaS and Transversal tribes. The mission was the kind of bet very few companies in Europe even attempt: building a real public cloud from scratch, and standing as a credible alternative to AWS, GCP and Azure across compute, storage, networking and PaaS. We shipped 25+ cloud products, hired 50+ engineers in 2022 alone, and deployed 1,000+ H100 GPUs for AI workloads.

PandaScore

From late 2023 to late 2025 I was hands-on CTO of PandaScore (opens in a new tab), an esports data provider delivering real-time insights. The work sat right at the intersection of computer vision, prediction models and live-data infrastructure.

Shadow

Since March 2026 I've been CTO of Shadow (opens in a new tab). We do two things at once: cloud gaming (full Windows PCs streamed over the internet) and AI solutions built on top of the thousands of GPUs we operate. Same fleet, two product lines, one large-scale infrastructure to run it all.

Joboarding

In parallel, I'm building Joboarding (opens in a new tab), an iOS and Android app that puts AI inside the job search. It writes a fresh CV tailored to every single offer you apply to. One promise baked in: you'll never send the same CV to two different jobs.

Off the keyboard

I'm part of an amateur theatre group (acting is a great antidote to too many engineering meetings), and I still hang around open-source communities whenever I can.
